Why DARING SUCCESS ?

The name « Daring Success » was inspired by my own journey. I discovered the power of daring when I started my coaching certification back in 2010.

I thought I would just sit in the training, learning tools to coach people and in the end, it was a very introspective daring process for myself ; each of the tools learned, we had to experience ourselves, opening ourselves to new ways of developing stronger self-awareness and supporting more efficiently others, moving from a very rational approach to a more holistic one, activating all our senses such as feeling how it felt in our body and what was the message the body had for us or visualizing things.

Adopting this new holistic approach was not always smooth, but each time I dared to do so, it felt so good. It felt like I was blossoming and at the same time, feeling much more rooted.
This enabled me to progressively leave behind the “good soldier” I had been for years and dare to increasingly be fully myself in my private and professional life.

So, daring opened me the door to increased self-esteem and happiness in my private and professional life ; passionate about making a positive impact on people’s life, I want to share the keys to this door with my clients.

Who is behind DARING SUCCESS?

Céline is a multilingual Certified Professional Coach who is passionate about making a positive impact on people’s personal and professional life. She loves working with individuals to enable them to develop a stronger self-esteem and leadership, be more fulfilled and increase their performance. After completing a Master’s degree in International Business, with distinction, she spent over 15 years in human resources in a variety of roles: in-house recruiter, head hunter, career services professional and freelance coach.

Before setting up her own coaching practice in 2011, she worked in the MBA Career Services department at IMD, a world leader in executive education with a highly ranked MBA program. For close to 6 years, it was fascinating to work with diverse (representing 40+ nationalities) and talented young executives with their personal and professional goals of finding the best opportunity post program. This experience, combined with her recruitment background, gave her considerable depth in career and life coaching - as both are often interconnected -, an understanding of various industry sectors and functions as well as a large network in Switzerland and abroad.

In her own coaching practice, Céline currently splits her time between one-on-one coaching for individuals and career services consulting for IMD, who contracted her this time for Executive MBAs, and for AISTS (www.aists.org), ranked 1st worldwide for its Master in Sport Management the last 3 years.

In the past, Céline also had the chance to consult with the Invalidity Insurance in Geneva to support people getting back to work after burnouts and mobbing.

As an avid learner and to continue to serve her clients the best, Céline continues to train in new techniques, which she brings into her coaching, workshops and training.

Member of the International Coaching Federation, Céline is presently certified as:

Professional Coach (2011),
Master Practitioner in Ericksonian Hypnosis (2017).

In parallel to these diplomas, Céline has been following several courses:

Business Career Couselling and Assessment, CareerLeader (2006),
Leadership Development Program (IMD, 2011),
Seminar on self-esteem (Institut Français de PNL, 2013),
Systemic coaching (Collège Romand PNL, 2014),
Finding the sickness’ trigger (Collège Romand PNL, 2014).

Céline is also familiar with personality profiling tools such as MBTI, NEO and Insights.

French originally, she has lived and worked in the UK, Chile, Switzerland and United Arab Emirates. She is able to work in either English or French and also, speaks German and Spanish.
Happily divorced and in a new fulfilling relationship, Céline is the loving mother of two teen-boys.
